• Unfortunately, no. We are a private law firm. We do not take on court appointed cases

• This is a fair concern. Our promise is that every case we take gets our undivided attention. You will not be just another client. We can ensure this by  (1). not taking on court appointed cases. All of our clients are private paying clients, so we do not have as many clients. (2). We are not all over the place: we are in Queens or Nassau County, and sometimes Manhattan, Bronx, or Brooklyn (no Staten Island). (3). We only handle one type of law: criminal defense. We don't do house closings, social security, workers comp., etc. We do one thing and we do it well.If you need a lawyer to do your house closing, don't call us--call a real estate attorney. 

• It depends. No two cases are the same; the police may want to speak with you for a number of reasons. It's important to have a lawyer at this stage in order to ensure you get the best possible outcome and not make things worse.
